When am I charged?

When you pay on the secure checkout at the end of this booking. For a consultation nothing is charged now. If we can't do the job, you get a full refund.

Can I change the time?

Yes. Changes and cancellations are free until 4 hours before your window.

What if the job needs parts?

The technician prices any materials or extra work first. Nothing is added without your approval.

Is VAT included?

VAT is shown where it applies, before you pay.

Is my time confirmed straight away?

Your window is a request. Our team confirms it, or proposes another, and emails you.
